About

IndieWeb Discover lets you search indie websites and discover interesting web pages.

Discover exclusively searches content published in various web feeds (i.e. RSS, h-feed) published by indie websites.

Discover is not meant to be comprehensive; it doesn't index full websites like a search engine. Instead, I recommend typing in a topic of interest, scrolling through the results, and clicking on web pages that look fun.

Subscribe to a Search Result

All pages on IndieWeb Discover are feeds. This means you can subscribe to them in a web reader like Artemis or WordPress Reader.

To subscribe to a search result, paste in a search URL into your web reader, or click the "web feed" link on a search result page to get direct links to add a search result page to your web reader.

Suggest a Website

If you want to see an indie blog added to the search engine, send an email to [email protected].

Remove Your Website

IndieWeb Discover subscribes to a range of personal websites and aggregated feeds (i.e. Bearblog Discover). If you do not want your website in IndieWeb Search, please email [email protected] and I will remove your site.

Report a Web Page

If you see an inappropriate web page in IndieWeb Discover, you can report it by sending an email to [email protected].

Explore More

I recommend blogroll.org to find more blogs, and the links on the IndieWeb wiki page for discovery.
